Favourable circumstances are everywhere and you will meet an eminent person.
Averting danger into safety, disturbance will be silent and you will be on a new trip to unlimited potential.


Saying of Judgment:

Illness will be healed; people handling will be impossible; there is luck in making big money; scholarly honor or official rank will be attained; contest in lawsuit will be moderately won; marriage will be slow; while traveling, will meet with an eminent person.


Saying of the Legend:

This is about Han Wengong of the Tang Dynasty, an imperial scholar during the Zhenyuan era.  He held the rank of loyal minister of Supervision and Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Punishments in feudal China. He submitted a petition to the emperor to stop the greeting Buddha bone by the imperial court. Because of that, Xianzhong emperor was enraged. Afterwards, through pleas of minister Pei Du, Cui Qun, he was spared the capital punishment and demoted to be a provincial magistrate in Chaozhou. He was later recalled back to the imperial court. Because he was an upright officer, just, talented with profound knowledge, his administration in Chaozhou, made many notable achievements and brought benefits to the common people.  He opened up and pioneered the development of Chaozhou culture and was deeply loved by common people in the locality. In Chaozhou, there is a saying, which goes "many households over a vast landscape, are of Han surname".
