Saying
of the Legend:
Li Shimin, son of the founder of Tang Dynasty, Li Yuan was clever
and of soldiering bearing. Simultaneously he was proficient in
literature and books of verse. In the last years of Sui dynasty, he
led army to help his father suppressed many parties, to establish
the Tang Dynasty. Later,
he became the Tang emperor, with the imperial title of "Taizhong".
He employed people solely on meritocracy and administrated
the country in the right way and was rated as the wise monarch of a
dynasty. During his reign as emperor, he put ministers of
reliability and virtue such as Fang Xunling, Du Rumei, Wei Zheng in
important positions to help rule the country. He set system of light
punishment and low tax. His people lived peacefully and happily and
called it the "Rule of Zhenguan ".
