Women’s Committee

The Women’s Committee was formed in 1992 and currently has about 30 members.  The Committee has played an important role in the Temple.  Refreshment and light receptions are provided free for devotees during Temple events such as Lunar New Year Spring Festival celebrations, 7^th Month Festival and other Taoist religious celebrations.   Members of the Women’s Committee assist in the preparation of food for prayers, meals for volunteers and guests.  All Committee Members and their families would do their part to assist in one way or another, in ensuring that the events are organized smoothly.
