Notice of Annual General Meeting & Election of The 21st Executive Committee

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING & ELECTION OF THE 21ST EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

In accordance with Rule 19(1) of the Constitution of Lorong Koo Chye Sheng Hong Temple Association (herein thereafter referred to as “the Association”), NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Association shall be held on Friday, 20 August 2021 at 7.00pm at the Boardroom, Level 2, 15 Arumugam Road Singapore 409960. Year 2021 is an election year for the Association to elect its 21st Executive Committee. The Annual General Meeting notice and election documents have been mailed to all members of the Association. Members who have yet to receive the documents are advised to contact the Secretariat Office of the Association.

Casting of votes shall close at 6.00pm on Friday, 20 August 2021. All votes received thereafter will be treated as invalid. The First Stage election of the 21st Executive Committee will be held after the conclusion of the 2021 Annual General Meeting.

Any other matters to be proposed in the agenda of the Annual General Meeting must be submitted to the Secretariat
Office in writing by 12noon on 13 August 2021.
