NOTICE: Dismissal of High Court application HC/OA 1164/2024 commenced by Lim Chwee Kim against Koo Chye Ba Sheng Hong Temple San Qing Gong Pte Ltd (“Company”)

On 02 May 2025, the Honourable High Court of Singapore dismissed in its entirety the derivative action HC/OA 1164/2024 commenced by Mr. Lim Chwee Kim (林水金) against Koo Chye Ba Sheng Hong Temple San Qing Gong Pte. Ltd (“Company”).
The High Court further ordered Mr. Lim Chwee Kim to pay the Company costs of S$25,000 (all in).
Despite the Court’s Judgment being final and binding, Mr. Lim Chwee Kim has to-date failed, refused and/or neglected to comply with the Court’s judgment to make the Court-ordered payment of S$25,000.
Koo Chye Ba Sheng Hong Temple San Qing Gong Pte. Ltd. Is accordingly considering all appropriate legal enforcement proceedings to recover the outstanding amount due and owing from Mr Lim Chwee Kim. All our rights are expressly reserved.
