On 24th September 2025, Lorong Koo Chye Sheng Hong Temple Association held the Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration Dinner. The guest of honour was Acting Minister-in-charge of Muslim Affairs and Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Home Affairs, MP for Marine Parade-Braddell Heights GRC, Honorary Advisor for the association, Assoc Prof Dr Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim.

The association’s advisors, trustees, patron, committee members, as well as volunteers and staff came together for a dinner in celebration of the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival.

This year’s dinner featured an exciting Getai performance and a sumptuous feast. The bidding for blessed items reached thrilling heights, keeping everyone on the edge of their seats. In the end, the Sheng Hong Deity (Qingxi Xianyou Bo Zhu) Gold Plaque was crowned the top bid at SGD 100,077. Altogether, the total amount raised from all the items exceeded SGD 530,000. Among these, the gold necklace, which was successfully bid at SGD 26,000, will have its proceeds donated to the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) dialysis centre in the Bidadari neighbourhood.
